My name is Tim Layne, US Army Veteran (Vietnam), married, having (15) grand children, and I have trained 1,400+ of Michigan (and other States) Concealed Pistol License holders.  We are located (23) miles North of Grand Rapids, MI, (5) miles West of exit 110 on US 131. I am a Certified Michigan Coalition of Responsible Gun Owners (MCRGO) Instructor, and a NRA Instructor in Basic Pistol, Personal Protection in the Home, and Personal Protection Outside the Home, and a certified Range Safety Officer.  My wife Lori and I have operated a family FFL, gunsmith and training business, in Northwest Kent County, since 1997.  We buy and sell Used handguns, as well as New Handguns. Firearms are not stored on site and an appointment is necessary for purchase. We can meet all your pistol needs for personal use and training.

We have a nice comfortable classroom and a private indoor heated shooting range with (5) positions.  We keep our classes small so we can provide you with personal service.  If it is not right we will make it right!  Guaranteed!! 

We provide on site firearm rental, that includes ammunition.  (Please no magnum calibers).
